He is a Ph.D. in polymer materials introduced by Yonggao and specializes in research on new materials, new products, and other aspects. On that day, he came to the Quality Management Department of Yonggao Stock's Foreign Trade Base to learn about the high pressure resistance testing of PVC pipes being carried out here.
Liang Zhichao, Vice President of Yonggao Research Institute: Before using new materials for our product, our pressure can only reach about 15 megapascals. When we use new modified materials. We can improve the pressure resistance of this product to 25 megapascals.
The high pressure fittings mentioned by Liang Zhichao are manufactured by Yonggao Group using a newly developed modified PVC material. The use of this new material not only significantly improves the pressure resistance of pipe fittings, but also increases the yield of pipe fittings from the original 75% to over 99%, and the selling price has increased by 20% compared to the original.
In addition to improving the pressure resistance, impact resistance, and extreme environmental resistance of products, Yonggao is also conducting research on the antibacterial and green environmental performance of modified plastics, and applying the research results to various series of products of the company.
