Material modification technology and its application have made important contributions to the takeoff of China's plastic processing industry. The manufacturing industry, one of the main forces of the current national economy, is facing numerous difficulties and obvious downward pressure. The manufacturing industry, including our plastic processing industry, urgently needs to innovate technology to open up a new path of stable growth and sustainable development under the "new normal" economic conditions. Specifically, the modified plastic industry needs to strive to achieve the lightweight, functionalization, and ecological transformation of plastic modification technology.
In recent years, new materials, equipment, and technologies have emerged in the modified plastic industry, and technological achievements have been constantly emerging. In order to demonstrate the achievements and quickly promote and industrialize scientific and technological achievements, the special committee has decided to hold an annual meeting in Yichun/Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province from October 19th to 22nd, 2015. At the same time, new achievements in plastic lightweight, functionalization, and ecological modification will be released, with the aim of using this platform to widely exchange ideas, broaden horizons, expand ideas, create new economic growth points, enhance market competitiveness, and obtain better economic benefits.
The main content of the meeting: 1) Breaking through the bottleneck of the development of powder filled plastic modification technology and achieving lightweight filling plastics; 2) Functional modification technology and products of plastics; 3) Cracking technology and equipment for cross-linked plastics; 4) New powders, new additives, new equipment.
